3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing for services will be agreed upon before the commencement of work.
  • A deposit of anywhere between 20% to 100% of total amount may be required before work begins. These terms shall be mentioned clearly in the project agreement papers.
  • Full payment must be made upon completion of the project (before delivery of the product) or according to the agreed schedule.
  • Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Razorpay online payment gateway, PayPal, UPI (through any UPI app).
  • Late payments may incur a penalty fee which shall be mentioned in the project agreement papers.

4. Revisions and Modifications

  • Clients are entitled to [X] rounds of revisions for their project. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
  • Any requested modifications beyond the originally agreed scope will require a renegotiation of costs.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel a project before work has commenced for a full refund.
  • If work has started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress made.
  • No refunds will be provided once the project is completed and delivered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
  • Any unused work remains our intellectual property and may be used for future projects.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide necessary project details, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Delays in communication may result in project timeline adjustments.
  • Clients must ensure they have the appropriate rights to all materials provided for use in the project.

8. Liability and Warranty

  • We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings in SEO or social media engagement.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
  • Any issues must be reported within [X] days of project completion for resolution.
